Five children were observed engaging in screen time on the operation's tablets. The content observed was Youtube and Roblox (Minecraft).
The Director responsible for a group of 7 children did not know the ages of the children they were currently responsible for. A caregiver responsible for a group of 11 children did not know the ages of the children they were responsible for. Also, two caregivers responsible for a group of 13 children did not know the ages of the children they were responsible for.
One caregiver was respponsible for 29 children ages 4-11.
The caregiver asked children if they had their cell phones and proceeded to tell the children if they had cell phones to go to a specific table. The children were not doing homework and were watching videos. Note: I explained to the caregiver that unless the children are doing homework, cell phones were not allowed and he told the children to put the phones away.
The following trainings were not available for review for the Operation Director: 1.Preventing and responding to emergencies due to food or an allergic reaction. 2.Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials including compliance with ?744.2523 of this chapter (relating to Must caregivers wear gloves when handling blood or bodily fluids containing blood?).
