Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPAs observed spider webs on window sills and corner walls, along with spider webs and dead flies. Dust and dirt were present on children's furniture. LPAs also observed dead bugs, spider webs, and dirt and grime underneath the classroom sink, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
