Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. There is a broken indoor ceiling sprinkler that caused water damage, a drainage pipe coming for the A/C unit, that drains brown condensation into the children's sink, an unassembled play structure/equipment, in the outdoor play area which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
