Based on interviews and record reviews, it was determined that 1 The facility submitted their written protocals on health Emergency Procedures. The Director states she will conduct training for all staff including the Health Specialist on the protcals for medical emergancies with daycare children and provide Fresno Regional Office proof of the facility failed to call 911 when child #1 was having a medical event and/or emaregancy while chest compressions were given, which is an immediate risk to the personal rights, health, and safety to the children in care. 8 the training by 08/27/26.
