101171 Fire Clearance (a) All child care centers shall secure and maintain a fire clearance approved by the city or county fire department, the district providing fire protection services, or the State Fire Marshal. (1) The request for fire clearance shall be made through and maintained by the Department. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee to read regulations pertaining to fire clearances and submit a statement of understanding and agreement to adhere to these regulations. Based on Licensee stated that S1 is no longer working at the facility. Licensee stated that she held a staff meeting with all staff to discuss appropriate staff-child interactions. Licensee stated that classroom changes have also been made to reduce class sizes. interviews the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to staff S1 yelling at child C1. 8 Licensee will submit a list of staff who have received personal rights training.
