Parents
Our pages show what the state’s records say. For questions about a center’s care, ask the center’s director. For questions about a state record, contact the state licensing office: Texas Child Care Regulation or a California Community Care Licensing regional office.
If a child is in danger
Call 911. To report suspected abuse or neglect at a Texas child care operation, call the Texas Abuse Hotline at 1-800-252-5400. To file a complaint about a licensed California child care center, call Community Care Licensing at 1-844-538-8766. We cannot take reports.
