Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA observed a wading pool outside the infant playground. The pool is 18 inches full with water. No children were in the pool at this time. According to the director, the children will go out after the naptime. With the pool full with water which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA intervewed the director. According to the director, they are short on staff. The teacher was sick and they are hiring staff, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

During the inspection, LPA observed a infant did not have sleeping log in her file (during the enrollment she was 8 months old), which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
