· Per Guardian, Licensee and assistant teacher Rosie have met the Criminal Record requirements. · LPA Clayton inspected the food storage areas (refrigerator), and all food is safe and of the quality and in the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the children. · The food storage cabinets were organized, and pesticides and other similar toxic substances were removed and stored separately, away from food, away from where food is prepared, and away from areas where kitchen equipment or utensils are stored. · Food is protected against contamination and spoiled or contaminated food is being discarded immediately. Deficiency Citations Cleared letters were created for the above citations.
