Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Interviews conducted revealed children are being placed in highchair as a form of discipline.
Director shall submit a plan of action to ensure she remains in ratio at all times. Director shall submit the plan to CCL by the POC date. LPA's observed Director leave one teacher supervising 14 children while walking away to receive children at the door. This poses a potential risk to health and safety of children in care
