(a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs.(1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision... This requirements is not met as evidence by: 1 Director terminated employment for the staff leaving child unattended. also had a meeting with the staff of the importance of safety and supervision of children and employees expectation to maintain ratios, counts, assigned duties and meet children's needs. Based on interview and record review the center did not comply with the section cited above, staff left C1 unattended in the toddler play patio for a extended period of time which poses/posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
