This requirement is not met: 1 Facility director states she will have staff complete training course on proper supervision and submit proof of completion to LPA by agreed upon date. Based on the interview with staff, the licensee did not provide care and supervison to children in care due to multiple incident reports received by parent, which poses a potential Health, Safety, and/or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8
