Based on S1's admission of C2 being left in their wet pull-up for approximately an hour to an hour and a half prior to leaving the facility. LPA verified Criminal Record Clearance and confirmed that the staff member was cleared but not associated to the facility, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
