Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed 9 children 18 months to 3 years of age on the preschool playground, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 on file and provide the Department with a playground schedule for the toddler and infant children displaying the different times of day the infant playground will be used by each group. Facility Representative will submit a schedule to the Department, no later than March 16, 2026.
