Based on interviews, a staff member sprayed a day care child in the face with a water bottle on at least one occasion. This is an immediate hazard to the health and safety of children in care. 8 March 4th. A copy of the roster and agenda will be sent to Licensing by 3/9/22 as proof of correction.
