Licensee was reminded of the $100.00 Civil Penalty for every day the POC is late, per California Health & Safety Code Section 1548(b), 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b) or 1597.58(b).

Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision - (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include 1 Site Supervisior, Gabriela Padilla agrees to hold a staff meeting regarding proper supervision. Staff will sign an intinerary and a copy will be submitted to Communuty Care Licensing by 10/15/22. Ms. Padilla was reminded that per California Health and Safety Code Section 1548(b0, 1568.0822(b), 1569.49(b), 1596.99(b), or 1597.58 (b) that visual observation. This requirement was not met as LPA observed two children using the bathroom unattended and without visual supervision during the visit on this date (10/06/22). This is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. there would be a $100.00 Civil Penalty per day for every day the plan of correction is late.
