based on observation, interview and documentation, staff has been providing care to infants and school age children which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 1 Per licensee, she will stop providing care for school age children by the close of business on May 16, 2025. This will allow parents time to find other form of child care. Licensee shall provide written documentation that she is aware that she cannot provide care to infants or school age children. Said documentation shall be provided to Fresno South Community Care Licensing office no later than 5/16/2025.

based on observation, Licensee kept a playhouse with chipping paint and rust on 1 The Licensee agrees to paint and repair the playhouse or remove it by the plan of correction due date. The Licensee will also close the gap in the fencing and repair the see-saw and paint the poles by 05/12/2025. the hand rails. The stairs to the playhouse were not sturdy. LPA also observed an 8 inch gap in the fencing that leads to an unlicensed area. The seat to the see-saw is loose and missing a bolt. The wooden poles in the outdoor area need to be sanded and painted.
