This requirement Facility replcaed/repaired outlets and had water retested on 02/09/23.LPA was provided copy of new testing report dated 02/28/23 indicating outets A & B were retested on 02/09/23 and Outlet A had 1.2 ppb and Outlet B had 2.0 ppb which are both within allowable limits. was not met evidenced by:Lab report water analysis from Outlet A (370ppb) & B (380 ppb) taken on 12/20/2022 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care. Deficiency cleared .
