(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidence by: 1 Licensee submitted photos of covered telephone wires, cleaned walls, and mold removed on 4/3/26. Licensee submitted an invoice reflecting air conditioner maintenance and repair on 4/14/26. Licensee shall submit a detailed statement of understanding regarding building safety and cleanliness to CCL by 5/15/26.
