interviews and LPA observation that an aide was left to supervise 2 toddlers at the time of arrival which posses an immediate health & safety risk to children in care.
LPA observation 1 Paolo is working with the parents to have the child moved to the infant room and if this change is not suitable will discuss further action. and staff interviews that a child was crying for 45 minutes. Staff tried to soothe child and feed the child but was restricted due to caring for the other children in care. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care.
Paolo not providing documents to assign a director which is a potential risk to the children in care. Paolo stated that he'd provide LPA L. Habtom the director packet by plan of correction date of 5/1/2024. If no packet is received by 5/1/2024 LPA L. Habtom will make a return inspection.
