(B) Pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). 1 Per Facilities Operator, He will notify HR to have staff complete CPR training and submit to LPA by poc date This requirement is not met as evidence by : based on LPA Kmartin file review Teacher #1 file did not have CPR certification in the file. This posses a potential risk to children in care. Staff need to clear citation by POC date.
