Based on records review of required lead testing, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the facility had lead values of 5.5 or above on water outlets: Outlet C (7.68 ppb) which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Facility will notify CDSS with completion within 30 days.
