LPA observed faucet with lead exceedance to be barricaded and inaccessible to children, LPA collected the plan of correction (POC) to remove water faucet from classroom. Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 1 out of 4 water sources resulted in value greater than 5.0 ppb which poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care 8 Per ECE Supervisor they will submit pictures and documentation showing the water fountain repaired or removed via email by 10/30/25.
