Lead water testing samples taken on 07/21/2022 revealed that levels of lead 1 DirectorJackie Schulz demonstrated that all required actions were taken to correct the violation once discovered. As mentioned earlier Director submitted all required licensing forms, supportive documents and plan of correction. were beyond the allowable amount deemed by the State of California. This is a type B violation which poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
