A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. 1 This has been corrected during todays visit, LPAs measured rooms 150, 151 and 159 and the outdoor playground and a fire clearance was received 08/02/25. An updated LIC 200A and facility sketches need This requirement is not met as the Center changed from room 140 to room 159. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights rsk to the children in care. to be submitted to the Department by Friday, January 17. Forms can be submitted via email, though the LIC 200A will also need to be submitted via mail.
