This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Director and owner agree to review licensee comments and regulation 101161 to ensure that compliance is maintained. Based on interviews and documents reviewed, facility had 2 children under the age of 18 months participate in the Toddler option that operates out of room C and C6. Despite parents being onsite, facility is licensed for 12 Toddler age children ages 18 months to 36 months in Toddler Room 6 and C6. 8 Director will submit a statement of understanding that children will participate in the Toddler Option/Component once they reach the age of 18 months. Director and owner confirmed that all children participating in the Toddler Option/Component are 18 months and older as of today 12/08/2025.
