Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as one child had allegedly sustained an injury that required medical attention due to lack of adequate supervision, which poses an immediate health, safety, and/or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 The plan shall also include teacher assignments of where they are stationed and how teachers will keep track of headcount for the children under their direct care and supervision.
