DIRECTOR WILL SUBMIT A WRITTEN STATEMENT ACKNOWLEDGING THE ABOVE AND THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEPING CURRENT ON THE GUIDELINES FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN AND STAFF IN THE FACILITY.
