During todays inspection there are 2 teaching staff that are not cleared and associated with the facility number 364841216 preschool and kindergarten program. According to Director the office is the one taking care of live scan and guardian process and she was not aware of what happened. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on LPAs observation and interviews staff did not ensure the facility vehicles were cleaned at least one time month which posed a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk children in care. 8 LPA advised Facility Representative to create a cleaning log and track staff's cleaning responsibilities for facility vehicles on a weekly basis.
