Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Both bathrooms for rooms 1 and 2 were in unsanitary conditions
On 03/21/2025 staff (S-1) was directing child (C-1) inside the classroom when child (C-1) open gate from playground and exit out, leaving child (C-1) unsupervised outside. Staff (S-2) observed child (C-1) and redirect child back to classroom. This poses an immediate threat to the health and safety of children in care. 8 According to AB 633, parents must be provided with this report which contains this Type A deficiency for the next 12 months and copy of signed acknowledgement form must be kept in each child's file.
