Director will conduct a training with staff regarding illness and procedures for handling illnesses on site. Director will have staff to complete a sign in sheet including staff name, signature, and date. Director will submit sign in sheet and training summary to LPA for review. Per interviews and records reviewed, the preponderance of evidence was met regarding the personal rights violations of infant children enrolled and in care.
Staff will capture and document infant sleep in real time daily as it happens and every 15 minutes as per required. LPA observed at 10:20am in Peach class, children sleeping. LPA observed that napping had not been captured in the ProCare app for napping children in real time.
Sleep sacks were collected and sent home to parents as they are prohibited in the childcare center.
