Personal Right. The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This requirement was not met as Director shall develop a written plan of action to ensure there are no future incidents. Director shall submit a copy of the plan to CCL by 5/17/24. evidenced by; on at least one occasion staff yelled at children in care which is a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 • Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. When LPA arrived LPA observed one teacher supervising 15 preschool aged children. The second staff entered the classroom shortly after LPA's arrival. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
