Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed a nail protruding from the lower area of the wooden fence, cobwebs on the children's toys and equipment, a football with its outer material peeled, and a crawling play structure with a broken part at the entry area which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
