101238(a) Buildings and Grounds. The childcare center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children;employees and visitors. This requirement was not met as evidenced 1 Licensee had labeled, covered and taped the outlet. Licensee is utilizing the 4 other faucets as source of water, also using a water cooler as source of drinking water. The faucet F.will be removed/replaced from the Kitchen; Director to submit copy of picture and receipt of new faucet to LPA by plan of correction date. by LPAs review of facilitiy records. Based on facility record review, it was discovered that outlet F had a high level of lead. This poses a potential risk to the health of children in care. 8
