Based on LPA's observations, staff has left children unattended. This is a potential risk to children in care. 8 Request Denied

. 1 Site director has already hired additional staff and has established a schedule as to not leave children with unqualified staff. LPA observed that children were supervised by an unqualified teacher alone. This is a potential risk to children in care.

Based on interviews, licensee did not comply wiht this regulation in that a witness has states that staff has treated a child roughl.,

- Infant child was left alone unsupervised

- Facility allows unqualified staff to be left alone with infant children

- Staff handled day care child in an inappropriate manner.
