Upon facility inspection, Facility Representative was observed supervising 6 preschool children alone. Facilty Representative was unable to produce docuentation to support that she is a fully qualified teacher. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 In addition to this a statement outlining staffing for the facility will be submitted which shall include qualified staffing.
LPA observed the owner of the facility supervising two todder children under the age of 2 years old with preschool children. All children were observed in the preschool room. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care. 8 accommodate all children in care. Plan of correction will be submitted by POC date- 5/1/25
