Based on interviews and records reviewed, the licensee did not comply with the section cited 1 Per Site Supervisor, she will provide an updated procedure on how facility will be kept within ratio. Update procedure documentation, including staff assigned classroom and time, will be sent to the Fresno Regional office by 08/13/2026. above, as staff were operating out of ratio during morning drop off and at the end of the day.

During the outdoor inspection, LPA observed two gates that lead to an off-limits area that stored hazardous foreign materials, such as inoperable air condition, large woods, garden materials, and metal fences. LPA observe that the infants have access to those hazardous foreign materials. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
