Based on LPA and LPM observations, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. In the infant classroom - 6 damaged ceiling tiles, P2 - 3 damaged ceiling tiles and in P3 - 4 damaged ceiling tiles. In addition, LPA observed the colored walls in each classroom with paint chippings which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
