This requirement is not met evidence by: 1 Since LPA's visit on April 18, 2024, facility have fixed the toilets. Based on LPA observation on April 18, 2024, two toilets were in good repair and plastic bags were covered to prevent children from using. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care 8 During today's visit, LPA observed toilets are fixed. LPA tested flushing all the toilets and toilets are in good repair.
