Section (c) states 1 Facility will be submitting written plan informing the procedure of keeping the facility in teacher to children ratio during nap time, after the fully qualified staff leaves at 2 PM and in case of assigned teacher does not come to work due to any reason. A teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permitted provided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio specified in Section 101216.3(a) are immediately available at the center. 8

This requirement is not met as evidenced during LPA's inspection, there were 20 children in care with only one teacher and one aid. 1 Licensee/Director must submit a written plan of staffing and mainting children to staff ratio to the Department.
