Deficiency cleared at time of LPA visit. based on interview, and record review, Facility Representative (FR) did not comply with the section cited above as a staff was left alone with 16 preschool children and was out of ratio for approximately 20 minutes, which poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
