Staf #1, Staff #2, Staff #3 disclosed that construction has been ongoing for 2 months and LPA during the tour of the facilit observed contruction activity near the facility classrooms. The kitchen is on limits to children in care as the children pass through the kitchen area in order to get to the bathroom nearest to the kitchen. During a walk through of the bathroom (near the kitchen area), LPA observed a Lysol toilet bowl cleaner left unlocked accessible to children underneath the bathroom sink. The bathroom (near the kitchen area) is on limits to children in care. This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.

Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Founder stated they completed the required lead testing but cannot find her documents. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

LPA observed staff Taguhi Harutyunyan and Anastaiya Kimachenko who was fingerprint cleared but not associated with the facility.
