The training material will be used for all new and existing staff for the upcoming school year. This requirement was not met based on evidenced of records reviewed, photos and interviews. LPA Herrera obtained corroborating interviews, photos, and documentation that revealed staff #1 rough handled and pulled on child #1’s hair, which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety and/or personal rights to children in care. 8 Furthermore, Director Nunes will submit a statement as to how the facility will implement the training during their Professional Development Trainings throughout the school year.
