Based on record review, the facility is in violation of the directive above, as 1 outlet used for drinking and/or food preparation tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE). This poses an immediate Health and Safety risk to children in care. 8 Facility representative stated that children in care will be provided with alternative portable water, by using alternative bottled water, while waiting to replace the outlet.cility representative stated that parents will be notified of the lead exceedances via email and letter. Facility representative stated that water sample results will be provided to the San Diego Regional Office no later than 01/29/2023. (within 30 days).
