The facility will conduct active supervision training and go review child's personal rights and implement protocols to prevent this incident from occuring. Proof will be sent to LPA by set due date. A child was able to run out of the classroom when another parent was picking up their child which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.

Facility has implemented supervision training for all staff on November 27, 2023 through Microsoft Teams. Site supervisor will have another training for the two teachers involved today. A child was left sleeping and unattended in the classroom while the teachers and other children were outside which poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 The facility will send a confirmation of the trainings by set due date.

(a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 The facility will be revisited for a change of capacity and room changes once the fire inspection is granted. LPA has observed that the facility is operating in classroom 5 which is not part of the school age program rooms. Room 5 is currently under the the preschool license number 213001939. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. 8 The facility has a pending fire inspection request.
