101238(a) Buildings and Grounds: The Child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well being of children , employee and visitors. This requirement not met as evidence by: 1 Director has made water faucet inaccessible. Based on interview and record review, results of the Lead Water Testing conducted on outlet "B" on 7/15/2022 were in exceedance, which poses a potential Health or Safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8 Director will speak with the Plant Manager to determine if water faucet will be replaced or removed. Director will provide LPA with an answer by 09/28/22 and final corrections will completed by 10/14/22.
