Based on interviews conducted, facility did not ensure Staff #1 and Staff #2 were fingerprint cleared by Department prior to working in the facility as required. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care. 8 Licensee agreed to review the regulations and send a written statement to CCL indicating she understands the fingerprint/background requirements in the facility. LPA issued a Civil Penalty in the amount of $1,000.
