interviews, video, and other documented evidenced. On 03/06/2026, Staff 1 threw toy blocks at a child in care as a response to their actions. Staff 1 also used inappropriate language in the prescene of children in care during a verbal altercation with a parent. This posed an immediate threat to the health and safety of children in care. 8 rights training. A description of the training and signatures from staff who completed the training will be sent to LPA by 04/10/2026.
