Limitations on Capacity - (a) A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. Site Supervisor agreed to hold a training on infant ratios and capacity for all staff and submit proof of completion/participation. Site Supervisor to also submit a written plan on how facility will comply with infant ratios and capacity by the plan of correction due date, October 25, 2024. Based on record review, the facility was found to be operating beyond the conditions and limitations of their license as they were found to have nine (9) infants in care on one occasion, operating out of ratio. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children. 8
