Director notified parents to pick up the children under the age of 2 years old that are in care immediately. The facility was reminded to cease enrollment of children under 2 years old immediately. LPA observed one child under 2 years old being picked up from the facility while the inspection was being conducted. LPA observed 1 children under the age of 2 years old at the facility. The facility failed to complete plan of correction due on 3/10/2025. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care. Request Denied

LPA Wheatley reviewed children's files and did not observe the LIC9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report. This poses a potential risk to the health & safety of the children in care.

The facility will cease the care of children enrolled under the age of 2 years old until the approval of the new license is issued. The Director will take the Operations and Record Keeping Orientation. The director will submit a Declaration regarding toddlers may not be in care until licensed by the Department. The facility is caring for children under 2 years of age prior to obtaining license approval. LPAs observed 3 children present in the facility under the age of 2 years old during this visit. This is an immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.
