The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. Assistant Director will secure gate with chain and padlock until the gate is repaired. Assistant Director will have gate secured by 2/15/24 and provide picture of secured gate to LPA Sims by 2/15/24 via email to sydney.sims@dss.ca.gov Based on observation the facility did not comply with the section cited above in 1 count which poses/posed a potential health and safety risk or personal rights risk to children in care. 8
